Raw Chocolate

Add milk chocolate and pure dark chocolate to the mixing bowl and set aside.

Add honey (or maltose) to whipped cream and set aside.

Melt the chocolate slightly over water, do not melt completely.

Boil the whipped cream. The pot I use is small and the induction cooker cannot heat it, so I had to heat it up with water.

Add the heated whipped cream to the chocolate, add the butter, and mix well.

Spread a piece of greased paper in the square lunch box, pour the chocolate sauce into the lunch box, spread it out, and put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

Cut the refrigerated chocolate into pieces, and sprinkle with pure cocoa powder, ready to eat.
