Raw Wheat Hill Bread
1.
Pour high-precision powder, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, yeast powder, milk, and eggs into the chef's machine and knead the dough for 15 minutes.
2.
Knead until the surface is smooth, add melted butter. Knead the dough until the film comes out. About half an hour at the same time.
3.
Add the chopped walnuts and raisins (other nuts or dried fruits can also be substituted), put them in and knead the dough evenly. If you rub it with your hands, you can apply some cooking oil! Knead it evenly to create a look you like, and ferment naturally for an hour in a moisturizing environment. (I usually put a pot of hot water in the oven underneath.
4.
After fermentation, use a small sieve to sieve a layer of high-precision powder. Put it in the oven, 180 degrees, 18 minutes. The color is slightly darker, it's whole wheat, and it looks very dark and very angry!
