Red Bean Cold Cake

Prepare materials

Mix glutinous rice flour, white sugar, and homemade red bean paste evenly, add an appropriate amount of water to knead into a moderately soft and hard mass

Cook the orange powder with a proper amount of boiling water and knead it into a soft and hard mass

Mix the red bean paste dough and the orange flour dough together and knead it into a ball

Roll the dough to a thickness of about 1cm

Use an abrasive tool to carve out the desired shape

Steamed in a steamer.

Because it's summer, put it in the refrigerator after it's cooled thoroughly. It will chew more chewy after refrigeration.
