Red dates have a strong flavor. If you don’t like red dates, you can use ordinary yogurt.
Tips:
Regarding gelatine tablets and gelatine powder, after trying, their dosage is the same, and if gelatine tablets are used, it is also 10G.
It is easy to release the movable bottom mold, and the mold can be perfectly released after heating the whole mold with a hair dryer for about 1 minute.
Pay attention to when cutting, clean the knife surface after every cut, and then cut another cut, so that the cut looks better.
