A tiramisu after a warm afternoon, indescribably more comfortable

Tiramisu Cake

1. Brush both sides of the finger biscuits with a layer of coffee wine and set aside

2. Take out the mascarpone cheese in advance from the refrigerator and let it soften at room temperature. Use an electric whisk to make a paste for later use

3. Add fine sugar to the egg yolk, add condensed milk, heat insulation water, and beat with a manual whisk

4. Beat until the sugar melts

5. Add the beaten egg yolk to the cheese bowl and beat with an electric whisk until smooth

6. The whipped cream is distributed with an electric whisk until seven, like thick yogurt

7. Add the beaten whipped cream to the cheese batter bowl, then beat with an electric whisk until it is evenly mixed, and the cheese batter is ready

8. Take out the cup, break the biscuits brushed with the coffee wine into suitable lengths and place them on the bottom of the cup, put the cheese paste into the piping bag, squeeze a layer of cheese paste on top of the biscuits, add a layer of finger cakes and then squeeze the cheese paste, and so on. The top layer of cheese paste is smoothed and placed in the refrigerator for 4 hours. After taking it out, sift a layer of cocoa powder on top and add fruit decoration

Tips:

1. The ready-made coffee and wine are relatively sweet, and you can make it yourself.
2. The method of finger biscuits can refer to the method of "Finger Biscuit" that I have posted before. If you don’t want to make them, you can buy ready-made ones.
