Red Rice Almond Milk

1. Soak the northern and southern apricots and red rice in water for at least 2 hours, remove and drain for later use, pour 500ml of water into the blender, add the northern and southern apricots and red rice and beat until smooth

2. Drain the apricot juice

3. Add rock sugar and heat and stir until melted

4. Melt and stir in the apricot juice

5. Pour into a bowl

6. Just add red rice on top

Tips:

I use the dual-purpose stove of Vantage BGE820A. Comrades who like to drink cold drinks can pour the bowl and put it in the refrigerator after the temperature reaches room temperature.
