Red Wine Kumquat

Soak the kumquat in salt water for a while, then wash it, and boil it in water for a few minutes.

Remove the drain and pierce your eyes with a toothpick.

Pour the kumquat water and pour the red wine into the pot until the kumquat is over. (I used red wine and half of my own wine)

It looks like when the fire is cooked for fifteen minutes.

Turn to low heat and cook for another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. At this time, most of the kumquats have cracked, and the red wine soup is very viscous.

After cooling, put it in an oil-free and water-free sterilized container for storage.
