Red Wine Pear

Raw materials are reserved.

Pour the right amount of red wine into the pot.

Add caster sugar.

Add the broken cinnamon and vanilla pods. Black pepper.

Add sliced lemon.

Wash the pears and peel them.

Cut into pieces and remove the core.

Put the pear pieces into the pot. (The classic way is to use tin foil to make the lid and cover it)

Boil the pears on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Wait until the pears can be easily inserted with the tip of a knife. Take them out and place them on a tray with a grid. Let cool.

Cooled pear cubes, cut into thin slices.
