Wash pears and peel, oranges wash and peel

Cut the pear in the middle, subtract the core, squeeze the orange out of the orange juice, cut the peel into pieces, and set aside

Add 400 ml of red wine, 300 ml of water, and 100 g of sugar to the pot. Add pears, add orange juice and orange zest, and boil on high heat. Change to medium and low heat and cook for about 1 hour. After cooking, soak for more than 12 hours.
