Tips:
1. Adjust the heating time and fermentation time appropriately according to the state of the home appliance rice cooker.
2. Use a shelf to prevent direct contact between milk and hot water. If the temperature is too high, the fermenting bacteria will be scalded. Similarly, the heating time should not be too long; if you have time, you can warm it several times in a short time.
3. If there is no problem with the baking powder and milk, it will not fail.
4. Regarding whether to add sugar or not, you can add it; it is best to make yogurt and add it when you eat it.
