Take a sterilized yogurt, add a small amount of milk, and add a small packet of bacterial powder. Normally, you buy a small packet of bacterial powder for 1 gram. Add 500-1000 grams of milk. If it is for children to eat It is recommended to use children's fungus powder for yogurt. There is no ordinary yogurt fungus powder acid on the salty mouth, and the finished product contains the nutritional ingredients needed by children. If it does not, it can also be made with ordinary yogurt fungus powder.
