Roasted Chestnuts
1.
Wash the chestnuts and dry them, and cut each chestnut vertically with a knife (cut through the skin)
2.
Cut it horizontally
3.
Put the chopped chestnuts into a large pot, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, I use olive oil
4.
Stir the chestnuts so that the surface of each chestnut is evenly coated with oil
5.
Cover the baking tray with baking paper, spread the chestnuts into the baking tray, and put them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees.
6.
Mix the white sugar with water, heat and stir in the water, so that the white sugar is completely dissolved in the water and become sugar water (the amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your preference). Put the chestnuts in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, remove them with a brush and dip them in sugar water, and brush them on the surface of the chestnuts (turn the chestnuts while brushing, preferably the soup can be brushed on the cracks of each chestnut)
7.
After brushing the sugar water, brush a layer of honey on the surface of each chestnut, continue to put it in the oven, and bake for 5 minutes.
