Chestnut Yellow Braised Chicken

Wash and chop the fresh chicken into large pieces, shell and peel the chestnuts and soak them in clean water, smash the ginger and garlic, and scallion the whole section

Heat the pan with vegetable oil, add the chicken pieces and stir fry. After the chicken is firm and oily, set aside the chicken, add rock sugar, green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until the rock sugar melts

Stir the chicken nuggets well, cook in appropriate amount of cooking wine, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add boiling water to two-thirds of the chicken nuggets, add some salt to taste, take a clay pot, put the green onion leaves on the bottom, pour the chicken nuggets and soup to the boil

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes. Turn on and add the chestnuts. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue to simmer for about 40 minutes until the chestnuts are crispy.
