Roasted Eggplant with Cumin

Wash the eggplant, cut the two halves in the middle, remove the head and tail.

Use a knife to make a cross mark on the eggplant to make it easier to taste.

Spread a layer of barbecue sauce on the surface.

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Cut garlic into cubes, add appropriate amount of salt, and mash into puree.

Spread a layer of garlic on the surface of the eggplant, and continue to bake for 5 minutes. Sprinkle some coriander on the surface before eating.
Tips:
The roasting time can be increased or decreased according to the shrinkage of the eggplant.
