Roasted Pork and Stir-fried Celery

Cut the celery into sections and blanch it for later use.

Heat the pan, pour the oil and add the ginger and garlic to explode the aroma.

Pour the roasted meat and stir fry to force the fat out of the fat.

Then add the blanched celery and stir fry together.

Stir-fry the roasted meat and celery evenly, add salt, sugar and a little chicken essence, then turn off the heat and serve.
