Potatoes are very common ingredients, and they often show up on the table at home. I especially like the new potatoes, which are small and cute. Every time I see a little potato, I can’t move anymore, so I can’t buy a little bit. These little potatoes were planted by my aunt’s family. They didn’t grow up this time. They were all small ones. They were originally intended to be used to feed the chickens, so I made them all at home. Even if it is boiled in salt water, I love it.

Braised Pork with Potatoes

1. Prepare the required materials.

2. Wash the potatoes, cut the roasted meat into large pieces, and slice the ginger and garlic.

3. Pat the potatoes gently with a knife. It is for better taste.

4. Add a little oil to the pan to heat up, add ginger, garlic, and red pepper to stir fry until it is fragrant.

5. Pour the roast pork.

6. Stir fry until oily.

7. Add small potatoes and stir fry for a while.

8. Add appropriate amount of water to the potatoes.

9. Bring it to a boil.

10. Then add the right amount of salt and sugar.

11. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

12. Add a little soy sauce.

13. Cover and boil, turn to low heat and simmer until until.

14. Finally, simmer until the potatoes are soft and the soup becomes thick and dried before serving.

Tips:

When smashing small potatoes, you don't need too much force to avoid smashing, just pat a little bit to let it taste.
