Roasted Potato Chips with Pork Belly
1.
Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.
2.
Soak up the cut pork belly with kitchen paper, pour the barbecue sauce and marinate for more than an hour to make it tasteful. If you like the strong flavor, put more barbecue sauce. I have a heavy mouth and just pour a bag of barbecue sauce. Inside.
3.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.
4.
Brush the surface of the baking bowl with a thin layer of oil, I used the baking bowl directly, so that the juice is not wasted.
5.
Lay the potato chips underneath so that the potato chips can absorb the gravy and sauce during the roasting process.
6.
Spread the simmered pork belly on top of the potato chips.
7.
If you are using a baking tray, put a layer of tin foil on the top, and then brush a layer of oil on the tin foil, and arrange the potato chips.
8.
Place pork belly on each potato chip. After preheating the oven at 220 degrees, bake it for ten minutes, take out the pork belly and turn it over, spread the remaining barbecue sauce when marinating the meat, and continue to bake for ten minutes.
9.
The potato chips absorb the sauce and gravy, so it is so delicious, of course, the meat is more delicious 😁
