Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Wash the small sweet potatoes.

Put it in the microwave, heat it for 2 minutes, turn it over, and heat it for another 2 minutes. (This step is to evaporate the moisture in the epidermis so that it is not easy to break and lock the internal moisture during baking. It is recommended not to heat it for too long)
