Rose Flower Dew (flower Dew)

Wash the rose petals;

Melt the rock sugar or white granulated sugar by heating the water, then boil it for a while, add the petals;

The syrup is boiled until it is nearly viscous;

Pour into a small jar (or a large plastic jar of yogurt is also fine). Leave it for a few days, take it out, and the syrup will turn reddish.
Tips:
Rock sugar (white granulated sugar) must be melted into sugar water with an appropriate amount of hot water before boiling it, otherwise it will be mashed.
