Rose Jam

Yesterday was the Chinese Valentine’s Day. I received roses, which can be used to make rose sauce, which can be used to embellish other dishes.

First, pluck all the petals and put them in a basin. Wash well. The water temperature should not be high. Don’t rub it with little bugs. It’s okay to add a small amount of soda to remove the pesticides on the flowers.

This is the brown sugar that I bought from Taiwan. I recommend you to put this in it. It tastes good. I also put this in the black Tang bird’s nest.

Tips:
1. Generally, roses can also be eaten... but they are not tasty and not very clean
2. Remember to deflate and ferment the prepared sauce will produce gas
