Rose Tremella Goji Soup

Soak the white fungus and red dates more than half an hour in advance. The longer the white fungus is soaked, the easier it will be to soften. In fact, it’s better to soak separately, because the white fungus water has to be poured out and the red date water can be retained

Before cooking the soup, boil the rose petals in water until the color turns white, then strain the petals with a colander. Here you can leave a few pieces of fresh petals for decoration at the end

Pour the rose water into the saucepan, add the white fungus and red dates, and start the porridge cooking mode (the white fungus is best to be shredded and poured). Here you can also use rice cooker, pressure cooker

After a few hours, it is very soft and sticky. Add wolfberry and brown sugar and keep it warm for 5 minutes

Add rose decoration. Because I have a cold stomach, I don't use rock sugar, but brown sugar. But the appearance of the boiled rock sugar is more beautiful
Tips:
If you want a sticky feeling and melt in the mouth, the white fungus will be longer, and the white fungus will be torn in small pieces.
