Rose Yogurt

The container for yogurt and the spoon for stirring are cooked with boiling water and disinfected

A total of 4 bags of pure milk, just use such a small bag of yogurt baking powder.

First melt the baking powder with a bag of milk,

Then add the other 3 bags and mix well

Put the lid on, do not close tightly, put it in a 30 degree heat preservation environment, keep it warm and ferment for 8 hours. In the current season, we can ferment naturally when we put it in the kitchen. It's just that time needs to increase.

Put a spoon on the fermented yogurt without moving it.

Take a spoonful to see if it's sticky, just make it yourself. You can put it in the refrigerator before eating.

When eating, put out a bowl and add a spoonful of rose jam. I made my own rose sauce this spring and it tastes great
