Salted Egg Yolk Pork Floss Rolls

Add apple cider vinegar, chicken essence and black sesame seeds to the rice, mix well and set aside.

Cut the sausage, cucumber, and carrot into strips, prepare the floss and egg yolk.

Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the sushi curtain.

Spread a piece of seaweed, and spread a layer of mixed rice on the seaweed.

The rice goes down and the seaweed goes up.

Put on cucumbers, carrots, sausages, salted egg yolks, crab sticks and pork floss.

Use the sushi curtain to pull out the cling film while rolling, and roll it into a roll.

Spread water with a knife, cut the rolled inner roll into sections and eat.
