Salted Peanuts

Fresh peanuts have to be scrubbed and washed repeatedly when they are bought. They are quite dirty and muddy.

Each peanut is squeezed into a small mouth like this, so that it is easy to taste

Put the pepper, aniseed and salt in the peanuts in brine, you can’t save salt

Add appropriate amount of water, simmer for 30-60 minutes, it will be cooked in 30 minutes, the taste is crispy, I like the slightly softer noodles, just cook for 60 minutes

It’s best to soak for 3 hours after it’s cooked to make it more flavorful. I cooked it the night before, soaked it in the refrigerator overnight, and tasted one the next day. There’s nothing to say about the taste.
Tips:
Soaking is very important, the weather is too hot recently, it is recommended to put in the refrigerator to complete this step
