Peanut Pig Spleen Soup

Wash pig spleen

Removal of grease

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and pig spleen to blanch water

Pick up the slices, rinse in water until the water is clear, soak for half an hour

Wash peanuts

Put cleaned pig spleen and peanuts in a bowl, pour in some water, pour some tea seed oil, and steam for 30 minutes on high heat in a steamer

Season with oil and salt, just out of the pot

Please note:
Pig spleen is not a favorite ingredient. The taste of this soup is not very delicious. It is mainly for strengthening the spleen and stomach of children, for reference only.
The amount of peanuts should not be too much.
