Spiced Braised Peanuts

Prepare the ingredients: wash fresh peanuts; it is recommended to choose softer peanuts, which taste better;

Pinch each peanut into a hole for easy taste;

Prepare seasonings: star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole and bring to a boil; then add bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, bring to a boil again, turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes;
