Salted Pork Knuckle Tofu and Corn Soup

Put water and ginger slices in a cast iron pot;

Take 1-2 dollars per piece of pig hand;

Put it in a pot and bring to a boil on high heat. Change to low heat and cook until pork knuckles can be inserted with chopsticks, about 30 minutes;

Add tofu, corn, carrots, and pepper, stir slightly, cook until it tastes out, reduce heat;

Cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes, the soup is ready, add appropriate amount of salt to enhance the taste;

In order to enjoy the pork knuckles independently, we made some dipping sauce. The ingredients are 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp corn starch Make 1/2 cup of soup, stir constantly in a small pot, boil until large bubbles are formed, and pour the juice on the pig's hands.
Tips:
Many times I like to use a large clay pot for boiling soup, and the practical large cast iron pot with enamel is also quite good.
