Stir-fried Cucumber with Salted Pork Knuckles

Thaw the salted pork knuckles, cut the pepper into circles, cut the garlic leaves into cubes, and cut the cucumber into horseeye slices;

Tips:
Cucumbers can be sliced or cut in half and cut diagonally, but if the sac is too ripe, it should be broken in half and scraped off. The melon body can be cut into diagonal slices or cut into pieces and fry.
