The salted pork knuckles sent by my sister last year felt delicious, and this year I also marinated some. The first time I tried it, the taste was not bad, not very salty, and the stewed soup was also very fragrant!

Cucumber Stewed Pork Knuckles

1. Soak the salted pork knuckles for an hour, wash and put it in a pot, add water, add ginger and stew

2. Bring to a boil to remove the blood foam, simmer on medium and low heat until the soup turns white

3. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces with a hob

4. Wash the green onions, cut and set aside

5. Stewed pork knuckles, add cucumbers and cook until soft

6. Add some chicken essence to taste

7. Sprinkle chopped green onion

8. Let's start

Tips:

If the salted pork knuckle is very salty, soak it for a while
