Sandwich (lazy Deluxe Breakfast)

Prepare ingredients: lettuce, eggs, ham, pineapple, toast, tomato sauce, green onions, salad dressing

Heat the pan, pour the cooking oil, turn off the heat, fry the poached egg, don’t turn it, just wait for it to take shape (pictured), I’m used to eating such a half-boiled egg before it’s out of the pan. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, it will be particularly fragrant. You can also make a small amount of red pepper, which is very beautiful. Cut the ham in half and fry over low heat.

Dice the pineapple, pour in the salad dressing and stir. (It can also be replaced with other fruits according to personal taste. I personally feel that the taste of pineapple and strawberry will be better.)

Cut the toast into triangles, and put on the pineapple salad, lettuce, ham, and poached eggs (if poached eggs are to be put here, they must be fully cooked, otherwise the yolks will flow out if they are half-cooked).
