Sandworm Lean Meat Congee
1.
Cut the lean meat into small pieces, add salt, cornstarch, and oil to marinate. Cut off the head and tail of the sandworm and cut it into small pieces. Mince ginger.
2.
Without oil in the pan, fry the sandworms on low heat until the sides are slightly yellow. (This is the practice of people at the seaside, so that the fried sandworms can have a fragrance). Take out the sand worms and let them cool, and keep holding them down with your hands to make the sand fall out.
3.
In another casserole, add the white rice that has been soaked for half an hour after the water is boiled, and boil again on the high heat for five minutes. Turn off the low heat and simmer slowly.
4.
Add oil to the pan, saute the minced ginger, add sandworms and saute until slightly fragrant.
5.
The porridge is boiled until it is mature, with sandworms and lean meat.
6.
Cook the porridge until it is sticky, turn off the heat to season, add chopped green onion, a small amount of pepper and sesame oil
7.
Add coriander and put it in a bowl~
Tips:
Sandworms can only be fried or fried in oil, and they can achieve the purpose of flavoring. I used both because of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
