Sawdust cup cake is a relatively hot quick cake some time ago, but I have never made it. It is most suitable to use Guyou’s digestive cake biscuits to make a sawdust cup. With the light cream of the tower, it has a strong taste. After being refrigerated, it is chilled and served as a dessert for afternoon tea or parties. It is quick and delicious.

Ingredients

Sawdust Cup Cake

1. Prepare the materials, ignore the 2 nectarines, and shoot them on the short circuit;

2. Break the biscuits into a food processor and break them into fine biscuit crumbs;

3. Beaten cookie crumbs;

4. Pour the whipped cream into the cooking bowl, beat with a whisk at medium speed until thick;

5. Add the condensed milk, continue to beat at a medium speed, and finally stir evenly at a low speed until it is in the state shown in the picture;

6. Put the whipped cream into a piping bag;

7. Put a large spoonful of biscuit crumbs into the cup, use a rolling pin to compact the bottom, squeeze a layer of light cream, and smooth it with a spoon;

8. Spread a layer of biscuit crumbs on the cream without compaction, and then squeeze the light cream. There are 3 layers of biscuit crumbs and 3 layers of light cream until the cup is full;

9. Smooth the surface of the last layer of whipped cream, sift a layer of biscuit crumbs, and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours;

10. After taking it out, insert 2 salty biscuits on the surface for decoration and start eating;

Tips:

The operation is very simple. This amount is just enough to make 4 cups (universal cups), and you can also put fruits in them.
