Scallion Chicken

Half a grass chicken, a small handful of green onions

Marinate the chicken with a small amount of salt, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a small amount of green onion and ginger for 1 hour

The marinated chicken is steamed in a steamer. After the water is boiled, turn to low heat and steam for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. Half a chicken can be steamed for 15 minutes, if the whole chicken needs to be steamed longer
2. It is best to use scallion fried scallion oil, so that the scallion oil is fragrant enough
