Scallion Pen Tube Fish

The videos sent by the fishermen at nine o'clock in the morning were all small seafood caught by a small net, and they were all alive and well. The delivery was very timely, and it was at our table at 11:30 noon. It was very, very fresh.

Remove the splint from the fresh pen tube fish and clean it

Shred green onion and red pepper, soak in cold water and set aside

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add ginger slices and cooking wine

Pour the pen-tube fish and bring it to a boil on high heat (I used it for 2 minutes today, but it depends on the size of the fish to adjust the time)

Remove and drain the water after 2 minutes

Place it on a plate, place the shredded green onion and red pepper on top of the fish, and pour 1 spoon of steamed fish soy sauce

Preheat the pot, add some cooking oil to heat and pour the shredded green onions.
