Sea Cucumber Millet Congee

This is the sea cucumber that I soaked in advance.

Add appropriate amount of water to the boiling pot, and add millet after the water is boiled.

Change the porridge to a low fire.

Receive a pot, add water, green onions, ginger, cooking wine, and blanch the sea cucumbers on a small fire. The time does not need to be too long. Boil on a low fire for 3 minutes.

Add wolfberry and sea cucumber.

Tips:
I soaked sea cucumbers in advance, if you find it troublesome, you can also buy instant sea cucumbers.
You can put some vegetables in the millet porridge, which is more nutritious.
