300g Cooked Sea Squirt
2 Shallots
1/2 a spoon Salt
2 spoons Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/2 spoon Seafood Sauce
1 spoon Sesame
1/2 a spoon Sugar

Sea Squirt in Sauce

1. Sprinkle the cleaned sea squirt with salt and marinate for about 1 hour

2. Put in a sieve to remove water

3. Add seasonings and stir to complete
