Seafood Pasta with Cuttlefish Sauce

1. 1 box of cuttlefish noodles

2. Boil water, add salt, olive oil, add cuttlefish noodles, cook for 6 minutes on high heat

3. Shrimp in shell, made into tomato sauce

4. Boil the fish in water, add tomato sauce, salt, and sweet chili sauce to fry; the onion is sauteed with butter and fragrant, pour in the red wine until the juice is collected

5. Sweet chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, add a small amount of water, pour onion boiled in red wine, and saute until fragrant

6. Pour in the noodles, stir-fry for about 30 seconds, pour in the shrimp and fish, harvest the sauce over high heat, and sprinkle with lavender.

Tips:

I use fresh noodles with cuttlefish sauce, so the cooking time is shorter. If you are using dry pasta, it is recommended to extend the cooking time to 9 minutes
