Seaweed Sushi Roll

This is the Northeast pearl rice that I bought at RT-Mart for two yuan and 1 jin. Sushi rice is too expensive and I can't afford it. Cook the rice first. One catty of rice is about half a catty of water, and the water is about 1cm over the rice noodles. When the rice is cooked, bake for a while and add 25ml of sushi vinegar to beat and set aside.

Fry the eggs, cut into strips, cut the ham into strips, fry the carrots, cut into strips, and boil the water for about one minute, cut the cucumber into strips (raw) and set aside

Put a piece of seaweed on the sushi table and spread the rice

Add sliced cucumber, egg, carrot, radish, ham and pork floss

Finally, top with salad dressing and roll it up

Finish and cut to the thickness you like

I made only nine pieces of rice for a pound of thicker rice

Finally, you can add a slice of salad dressing or eat it with the sauce
Tips:
You can use tomato sauce instead of salad dressing
