Pour honey, maltose and children's soy sauce into a non-stick pot.

Slightly heat them at low temperature to fuse them. After heating, they will not be too thick and it is convenient to spread evenly. But it must be heated at low temperature.

Take two sheets of seaweed, brush the mixed juice on the rough side of each sheet, and sprinkle a layer of sesame on the surface of one sheet evenly. The amount of sesame should not be too much, because the adhesion is not good, I used about 10 grams of seaweed.

Cover with another piece, pay attention to brush the sauce side inside, so that it can be well bonded, use a rolling pin to press from the middle and the west to both sides, so that it will be smoother.

Roll it out and put it into the baking tray. I like to put a tarp on the baking tray so that it will not stick to the baking tray.

Use a baking sheet to press the top for about half an hour to make it smoother. Of course, it's okay to not press it, and you can omit this step directly.

Tips:
If the baking tray is big enough, you can bake 2 slices or more at the same time. You can also cut it first and then bake it, so you can put more points.
