Rinse with water after opening to drain the water

Tips:
1. Fried stinky tofu must be re-fried twice to have a crispy skin texture.
2. The dipping material can be blended according to your own preference. Sweet noodle sauce and chili sauce are very good. I use sweet and sour sauce.
