Shrimp and Peas
1.
Wash the shrimps and set aside
2.
Peel the edamame into soybeans, wash and set aside
3.
Pour sunflower oil in the pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant
4.
Put the soybeans and rice first and stir fry (because the soybeans and rice take a long time to cook, put it in the pot first), add a little salt to make the soybeans and rice taste salty
5.
Boil the soybeans and rice in water for 2 minutes, then pour in the shrimps and stir fry.
6.
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, stir fry and mix well. About 3 minutes later, when the shrimps are cooked and flavored, turn off the heat and put them on the plate
Tips:
Fry the beans and rice, then put the shrimps (the shrimps do not need to be fried for too long to ensure the freshness of the shrimps)
