Shrimp Colorful Big Peel

Prepare raw materials;

Soak the big peel in boiling water for five to eight minutes, then soak it in cold boiled water and remove it;

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add some salt to taste, and mix well;

Brush the bottom of the pot with oil, pour in the egg liquid and fry until the shape is set;

Cut the egg skin, red cabbage, lettuce, cucumber and carrot into thin strips;

Thaw the Arctic shrimp naturally and remove the skin of the shrimp for later use;

Tips:
1. The large peel should be soaked in boiling water for 5-8 minutes in advance (the time is mainly to see that the large peel has been soaked and softened), and then remove it with cold boiling water (note that cold dishes are eaten directly, so it is best to choose (Cold boiled water) soak and remove, so that the soaked large peel will be more elastic;
2. Prepare other raw materials: the eggs are beaten with salt and then spread into omelets, then cut into filaments; lettuce, cucumber, red cabbage and carrots are cut into filaments; Arctic shrimps are naturally thawed and peeled and peeled out of the shrimps;
3. Add salt, pepper, minced garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar and other seasonings to the prepared large peel, and mix well; then spread the colorful filaments on the bottom of the plate, and put the mixed large peel in the middle. Arrange some Arctic shrimps and garnish with coriander leaves.
