Stir-fry

Use cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch in advance for the meat filling, stir well

Wash the spinach and cut into pieces

Prepare a bag of big peeling, if you don’t have big peeling, use potato flour instead

I still prepared the chili I got back from the last time I ate boiled fish. Of course, don’t worry if you don’t have the peppers of boiled fish. We only need dried red peppers and sesame peppers at home.

Put the big peel in a pot and blanch it

Put oil in the pan, add the meat and stir-fry when the oil is hot, pour a small amount of light soy sauce, and then add the chili peppers. (If you don’t have boiled fish and chili, then change this step. After the oil is hot, add sesame pepper and chili and stir-fry. After the fragrant flavor, add the minced meat and stir-fry, and pour a little light soy sauce)

Pour in a large peel and stir well

Pour the spinach and stir fry, add a little light soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, stir well and turn off the heat.

Tips:
Chili and sesame pepper are added according to personal taste. Because I love spicy food so much, I added a lot. 😄😄
