4. Put the brown sugar ginger slices in the milk pot, add a small amount of water, and cook until a thick sauce

5. Pour brown sugar sauce on the prepared Shui Xingen cake

Tips:

1. With good molds, make them more beautiful, but don't want to buy molds, any tools that can be used are fine;
2. You don’t need to add ginger slices that you don’t like;
3. This depends on the sweetness of brown sugar. You can also add sugar when making ice powder.
