Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles

Prepare ingredients: 1 catty of pork stuffing, a handful of noodles, a plate of chopped green onion, and a bottle of pepper sprouts.

Raise the pot and burn the oil.

When the oil is 50% hot, add the pork filling and stir fry.

Add star anise and pepper sprouts to stir-fry (be sure to stir-fry the simmered seeds).

Make the noodle sauce: pour soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chili oil, fragrant lard and stock.
