Simple Banana Crisp

Prepare materials. (Indian flying cakes choose the original and slightly sweet taste)

Peel the banana into small pieces.
3.
Crush it with a spoon, add an appropriate amount of flour and mix thoroughly.

After taking the flying cakes out of the refrigerator, defrost them slightly and cut them into two.
5.
Make two cuts on one-half of a serving. Turn it over and add the banana filling.

Fold it in half and move the cut edge upwards.
7.
Press it with your hand.
8.
Use a fork to press out the lace.
9.
Arrange into a baking tray and brush with egg yolk liquid.
10.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, and bake until the bananas are puffed and crispy.

Tips:
The banana filling becomes very soft after crushing, so add some flour.
