Simple Birthday Cake

Make an original eight-inch cake in advance and let it cool thoroughly.

You don’t need so much fruit to prepare these ingredients.

Rinse the cherries.

Rinse the strawberries clean.

Grab a teaspoon of salt and let it go.

Rub the sweet orange vigorously with both hands.

Pour whipped cream into a basin and add soft sugar.

Choose six medium-sized strawberries and cut each pair in half.

Take the whipped cream with a rubber spatula.

Place it on the cake body and smooth it with a spatula. Place the sliced strawberries in a circle on the surface, then a circle of cherries, and put a strawberry with four pieces in the middle, dotted with a little orange pulp. Paste fresh orange slices all around.
Tips:
1. To whipped light cream, press light cream: sugar=100:5~10.
2. If there are 280g~300g whipped cream, you can cut the cake into three layers, put fruits and whipped cream, and then apply decoration. That way the cake looks taller and beautiful.
