Simple Hand Cake
1.
The homemade chicken sausage is cut into slices.
2.
Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry the eggs first.
3.
Add the chicken sausage and fry it first, turn the egg underneath. After frying, put it on a plate for later use
4.
Put the hand cakes in a non-stick pan and start frying on medium to low heat.
5.
Fry until the pancake becomes transparent and no white, then turn it over. Be careful not to get too hot, otherwise the surface will be burnt and the inside will not be fully cooked.
6.
Turn the cake over and continue to fry. Use a wooden spatula to lightly press down on the part of the soy sauce in the middle. Just turn it over for a minute or so, and squeeze it again and again. After turning several times, the surface of the crust was burnt and brittle, there was obvious layering in the middle, and no oil oozes out.
7.
The surface of the crust becomes crunchy and it is almost the same. Turn the heat to a minimum and sprinkle with tomato sauce.
8.
Spread a slice of cheese. Because cheese is usually stored in the refrigerator, it’s cold now, and it’s uncomfortable to eat too cold. So I still operate in the pot this step, that is, turn off the fire to the minimum.
9.
Sprinkle a little more tomato sauce.
10.
Spread omelette and chicken sausage, and sprinkle a little tomato sauce. Turn off the fire.
11.
Fold the pie in half and transfer it to the plate.
12.
Served with a little fruit and nuts. If you pair it with a glass of milk or yogurt, it will be a nutritious and perfect breakfast.
Tips:
1. Put the side dishes as you like.
2. The hand cake does not need to be thawed, just put it in the pan and fry it. Be careful not to make the fire too big, otherwise the surface will be burnt, but the inside will not be cooked.
