Simple Homemade Yogurt

Clean and disinfect the containers for later use, prepare pure milk and plain yogurt

Add a spoonful of sugar to the milk and heat it to 40 degrees in the microwave, (about 30 seconds) add a spoonful of yogurt to the milk and stir well.

Put 40 degrees warm water into the rice cooker, cover the milk and put it in the rice cooker. The rice cooker is ready to heat up for 5 hours. During this time, you can open it to see if the water temperature is normal. Do not move the bottle or open the lid. Tip: The water only needs to reach two-thirds of the bottle.

After 5 hours, the yogurt is ready, and you can see that it has completely solidified like jelly. When eating, you can add some fruit or jam according to your preference. It is better than the supermarket bought!

The prepared yogurt should be eaten as soon as possible. If you can't finish it, put it in the refrigerator. It is best to finish it in two or three days.

Don't eat it all up! Remember to save some for introduction next time.
