Simple Quick Dish-straw Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce
1.
Prepare the ingredients, clean the roots of the straw mushrooms, rinse and drain
2.
Cut each straw mushroom in half
3.
Start the frying pan, add minced garlic and sauté (I usually use minced garlic for oyster sauce dishes, which is very fragrant)
4.
Add straw mushrooms and stir fry for 1 minute
5.
Add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine and 2 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee’s Old Oyster Sauce
6.
After stirring evenly, turn off the heat and take out the pan, decorate the top with shredded green onion and red pepper rings.
Tips:
Oyster sauce should not be boiled for a long time, as it will lose its umami taste. Generally, it is better to add oyster sauce to taste immediately before or after the dish is out of the pot while it is hot.
